LDS Mormons Steal From Class of 1975

Why The Malicious Rage Toward Scott Goold

Many people in Pocatello and across the USA find members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to be controversial. Scott Goold is no exception. Scott thanks one of his most influencial girlfriends, Penny Holman, for her strong church values that helped mature him into a better man. She was Scott's first Homecoming partner (right). Scott was honored.

Scott's family completed many residential construction projects. Kevin England was a favored contractor. If Kevin pledged to have your home painted in 10 days for $1,000. Kevin would finish in nine, walk a mile to hand your $1, because he came in under budget. Kevin serves as mayor for Chubbuck, Idaho. Strong leader in the church and community.

Scott could list many other outstanding representatives of the church, such as life-long Big Brother, Steve Hayes, and speaks fondly of Uncle Lloyd Waldron.

On the other hand, the church discriminated brutally against Black families, particularly dening Black men a path to church priesthood. Mormons claimed being "black" was punishment for ancestors killing Biblican Cain. Scott Goold and his family could not join or be supportive of the church. Hate the sin; love the sinner.

Mormons opposed drinkiing coffee, caffeinated beverages and alcohol. Scott described the deterioation in relations with high school BFF, Kathie Williams Chase, as the church disparaged patients who used medical cannabis. Scott felt shamed by his friend.

More than three years have passed since BYU Dining Services announced that caffeinated beverages would be officially sold on campus. The announcement was met with mixed reviews — many students were excited about the change and bought drinks immediately, while others felt that the rule should stay in place. [source]

Church policy changed relative to Blacks and relaxed about caffeine; recently changed policy toward medical cannabis. Sure, the church changes, but can't undo the damage to people like Scott. His formative years between 12 and 22 were dominated by LDS Mormon pressures. There is no "redo."

Now, 49 years after graduating from Highland High School, LDS Mormons dominate the format and agenda for Class of 1975 Reunion 50. They have maliciously retaliated against Scott for demanding classmates vote. Seeking however to punish Scott Goold hurts the Class of 1975 more — each passing day steals from classmatss.

LDS Mormons deliberately delay, act in bad faith, and are willing to destroy the Class of 1975 reunion to get back at Scott. Why the malice?

Malice — defined as "the intention or desire to do evil; ill will. Wrongful intention, especially as increasing the guilt of certain offenses."

Scott Goold seeks explantion for the malicious behavior by the LDS Mormon members on the initial planning committee. They resigned, went silent, and obstruct Reunion 50 committee efforts. Why? Scott harbored no ill will toward Roy Allen, Bob Brown, Ann Jesse Driever, Joy Black Hartley, Jeff Waldron or Kathie Wiliams Chase. Scott was excited to reconnect.

As discussed previously, tension developed as the LDS Mormon group had strong preference for following the agenda of the 40th reunion. Scott thought the most fair way was to have classmates vote. Bob and Jeff obstructed that effort. Ann and Kathie refused to communicate.

Roy Allen could stop the Class of 1975 BulliesJoy Black Hartley could stop Class of 1975 BulliesRoy and Joy were initially collegial. Simply went silent when others disrupted. LDS Mormons shut down communication. Scott was alienated. Scott pleaded with Roy and Joy to engage, "one is either part of the solution or part of the problem." They abandoned Scott to slay dragons by himself.

To avoid fighting with former classmates and friends, Scott went away [4.22.24]. The committee had 49 years, but did not have a website — considered the key first step. Scott saved the Class of 1975 thousands of dollars by building a sophisticated web app for reunion managemnt.

LDS Mormons rejected his efforts and preferred their "old school" ways. Scott repurposed this website to lobby the committee for change. Still no response from LDS Mormon members.

Without open channels of communication, Scott wrote two letters to committee members [Letter 5.20.24], [Letter 5.21.24] and one specifically to Ann, who was serving as chair [Chair 5.21.24].

No response from LDS Mormon members.

Planning Committee Members Resign

Jeff Waldron is Class of 1975 BullyJeff Waldron agreed to speak with Scott by phone, May 23, 2024. Jeff informed Scott committee members met the previous evening. He and others "quit." Scott asked about chair Ann Jesse Driever, "Yes, Ann as well."

Ann had not invited Scott to the meeting. She had not reached out to Scott. Jeff explained he was angry with Scott for an incident at ISU in October 1975 (49 years ago). Jeff claimed Scott "ignored him when he was walking out of a basketball practice." Stunned! What could Scott say?

Scott Goold told Jeff that he, as Class President, would assume committee responsibilties. He invited Jeff to join with him. Jeff turned him down. Scott told Jeff the offer would remain open and to think about the opportunity to work together as "teammates" again. Jeff again declined.

Scott requested Facebook login credentials. Jeff agreed. Scott requested an official confirmation from Ann and transfer of Class of 1975 funds, about $1600.00. Scott requested the updated classmate roster. Susan Mattivi-Gierga had this Class of 1975 resource.

As of May 23, 2024, Scott had no idea why LDS Mormons had shut him out, pushed him away, and, now resigned from the committee. They simply refused to communicate.

Scott Goold requested committee chair Ann Jesse Driever transfer most-recently updated Class of 1975 roster. Ann refused. (5.23.24 right)

Roy Allen informed Scott he instructed Ann to forward Class of 1975 funds. Ann refused; could have ended conflict that day. (5.25.24 right)

And today, June 11, 2024, Ann Jesse Driever refuses to comply; Jeff Waldron refuses to comply. Susan Mattivi-Gierga refuses to comply. Bob Brown, Ray Allen, Joy Black Hartly make no effort to break the stalemate. Would require less than one minute each to end this conflict. All force Scott Goold to fly solo. Why not help end this tension?

Kathie Williams Chase is Class of 1975 BullyKathie Williams Chase emailed Scott May 28, 2024:
Our reunion committee originally met in April to simply get started a reunion conversation about gathering information about classmates. That’s all. Reaching out to find as many as we could as a team. A few ideas about venues and activities were expressed but that was not the intention for that particular meeting. At no time, did I feel or sense any “resistance” to any ideas.

Positions of LDS Mormon members were clear, firm and documented. Scott responded to Kathie pointing out her recollection appears to fuzzy.

As Scott teased yesterday, June 10 Update, it appears Ann and the others get SADISTIC PLEASURE maliciously frustrating Scott — hurting the Class of 1975 instead.

Scott Goold calls out to the group, "Hurt me! Fine. Do what you need to do. You instead hurt our classmates." Scott lost RESPECT for LDS Mormon classmates, and has been forced to embark on this public campaign to expose their malicious manipulation.

Inform Church Officials

Scott Goold notified LDS Mormons that he will contact church ward and stake officials about this malicious behavior.

The record is clear Scott was pushed out by the LDS Mormons. Scott went away to avoid a fight. Scott lobbied from outside the committee seeking a vote by classmates. Without making any attempt to compromise or reconcile with Scott, LDS Mormons resigned May 22, 2024. They refuse to transfer needed Class of 1975 funds, Facebook page and most-recently updated classmate roster. This behavior is malicious and constitutes theft.

LDS Mormons taint the fine reputation of many church members, the church and harm the Class of 1975. LDS Mormons appear to take pleasure causing pain to others — the definition of sadism.

Sadism — the tendency to derive pleasure, especially sexual gratification, from inflicting pain and suffering on others.

Ann Jesse Driever is Class of 1975 BullyAnn Jesse Driever, as committee chair, should have reached out to Scott. Should have invited Scott to the unannounced May 22, 2024 Zoom meeting. Scott was prepared to stand before other members. Scott accepts criticism, if warranted. Scott is also capable of defending his position and actions.

Ann had an opportunity to resolve this conflict with Scott Goold: sent a brief text (6.9.24 right). Ann however explained she made a mistake — had "nothing to say." Ann finds it humorous to ignore Scott. Kathie Williams Chase enjoyed frustrating Scott. Why not put on "Big Girl Panties" and end this tension?

For some reason, LDS Mormons refuse a face-to-face and adult discussion with Scott. Conflict could have ended May 23rd or sooner. Similar to Jeff Waldron, who was angry with Scott — for 49 years — LDS Mormons have been too cowardly to communicate with Scott to allow healing to occur.

Shoulda, woulda, coulda ... however, obstructing and sabotaging the Class of 1975 Reunion committee cannot be tolerated. Have the COURAGE and HONOR to speak directly with Scott. Scott is willing. Scott offered a mediation opportunity (6.4.24). On the other hand, Scott has Zero Tolerance for LDS Mormons harming classmates.

LDS Mormons refuse to transfer Class of 1975 resources, preventing Reunion 50 committee from moving forward, and steal a precious memory opportunity from our classmates. This behavior is sadistic. Stop hurting others!

Controversial World of LDS Mormons

For an unknown reason, LDS Mormons work to ensure Reunion 50 committee fails their mission to allow classmates to vote. We are doing the best we can to recover Class of 1975 funds and property. We unfortunately are compelled to share this negative behavior. Your 50th reunion is priceless. We only get one shot at this opportunity.

Doctrine and Covenants 89
9 And again, hot drinks are not for the body or belly.
10 And again, verily I say unto you, all wholesome herbs God hath ordained for the constitution, nature, and use of man—
11 Every herb in the season thereof, and every fruit in the season thereof; all these to be used with prudence and thanksgiving.

Church leaders have explained "hot drinks," means both coffee and tea (excluding herbal teas) — meaning one can consume hot herbal tea. One can also consume hot soup or hot foods. Confusing. Further, cannabis is considered to be "holy herb." Scott and millions use cannabis "with prudence and thanksgiving."

In recent years the Church has clarified coffee drinks that go by different names, as the word coffee isn't always included. The update states, "Drinks with names that include café or caffé, mocha, latte, espresso, or anything ending in -ccino are coffee and are against the Word of Wisdom."

As with all of God's commandments, Latter-day Saints are free to choose. However, to qualify for temple worship or baptism they must refrain from drinking coffee as well as live all other aspects of the Word of Wisdom. [source]

It's a simple question. Scott is open, transparent and seeking to talk. LDS Mormon members blocked communication, pushed him way, as Scott simply wanted classmates to vote. Why were they opposed to voting?

Scott Goold Requested Class Resources from Ann Jesse Driever

May 23, 2024
Aloha Ann ~
I’ve heard a rumor that you plan to step down as chair from the reunion committee. I have never sought such drastic action. You are welcome to chat with me if you have concerns.

However, if your decision is final, please forward the UPDATED Excel Roster of Classmates to me.

I offer and extend to you the opportunity to serve on this committee with me. My ONLY criticism has been the committee’s refusal to OFFER both Plan A and Plan B to classmates.

Refusing to share information with me, cooperate with me, has caused unprofessional tension and frustration within this group.

Saddens me that you may not wish to continue for the BENEFIT of the Class of 1975. I do hope you will not deny me information now that will cause failure for our classmates.

The work performed by the committee belongs to the Class of 1975. At this point, it appears I represent their interests. Let’s not harm our classmates due to our inability to find compromise and harmony between us.

Thank you and look forward to your immediate action to forward the requested information. The offer to work together remains open.

Aloha and thank you!

Scott Goold Requested Class Funds from Ann Jesse Driever

May 25, 2024
Hi Scott,
I met with Ann yesterday and asked her to forward the class funds to you so that you can carry on with your efforts towards the class reunion. She said that she would and you should receive those funds soon.
Roy

Scott Goold responded, "Thanks Roy! Much of this tension would end if Ann would speak directly with me. Silence is not helpful. She's the committee chair. As chair, she has a duty to inform people. Ignoring me forces me to take strong action.

All she had to do was be professional and most of this tension would not have occurred. You and I have solid relations. Sorry to put you and Cheryl in the middle."

Ann Driever Sends Sarcastic Text to Scott Goold (6.9.24)

Ann Jesse Driever sends text to Scott Goold

Ann Jesse Driever sent a brief text (6.9.24), "The most joyful human being." Scott Goold responded positively, "Yay!!! So happy to finally hear from you. Maybe we can get this tension resovled."

Scott has always been the eternal optimist. Wishful thinking again. Ann did not respond. Scot made numerous attempts to start communication flowing. Nada!

Scott concluded, "OK. Apparently you did not want to talk. I'll note this incident in my web article. I can be joyful. I can battle. Depends on the behavior of others."

Ann could have resolved this tension today. She had promised to forward materials and authority to the Reunion 50 committee after May 23rd. Now, she continues to frustrate the transfer. Has cost the committee over two weeks in lost time and added distress for others.

Ann suggests sarcastically that Scott is "joyful." How can Scott be joyful around cruel people like Ann and her Mormon friends? Today is Sunday, by the way. Maybe she should go to church and ask Jesus about this behavior.

Grumpy Grannie Ann Driever Explains Her Text (6.9.24)

Ann Jesse Driever explains note to Scott

Grumpy Grannie Ann Jesse Driever is Class of 1975 Bully Grumpy Grannie Ann wrote (6.9.24), "So sorry to everyone. I was outside putting up my swimming pool and must have bumm dialed the whole committee. Nothing to say. Sorry again. Have a good day."

Scott Goold responded, "Thanks Ann! Shows my read on the situation is spot on. Nothing to say means not enough COURAGE and HONOR to end conflict. What an enlightened learning experience this has been for me. Friend came to visit. We had a blast watching a surf contest at our swimming pool."

"I'll add your latest comments to my article ... 'putting up my swimming pool'" 🤣

"You mean the cement pond, don't ya! Hillbilly Grumpy Grannie Ann. Found an updated picture of you ... HaHaHaHaHa!!!"

Scott Goold asked Classmates for help. He stands alone.
