Destroyers of HHS Rams Class of 1975

Ann Driever, Jeff Waldron, Susan Mattivi Gierga sabotage 50th Reunion

Ann Driever, Jeff Waldron and Susan Mattivi-Gierga Sabotage 50th Reunion
With pride at HHS, we always said Right Attitude Means Success. This short experience working with former classmates proved what the wrong, and negative, attitude can do. Members of the previous reunion planning committee always wanted to do what they had done before. They fought me at every step simply for seeking to allow you to vote on alternative options.

SEE: Uncle Lloyd Waldron Disappointed in Son Jeff

Now HHS Class of 1975 classmates can see what I have been saying. In Hawai'i, where I live, 3-5 cruise ships arrive each week. Thousands of tourists from around the world, what locals affectionately call "gray hairs," traverse our small islands. People 65 and older relish hiking, snorkeling, luaus and dancing, singing and enjoying their retirement.

Jeff Waldron told me he's 67 and feels old. Informed me everyone quit the reunion committee. Said he doesn't really want to put much effort into a reunion. Why then be on the committee? Power, prestige, I guess. Silly to be egotistical about a class reunion.

Jeff now refuses to transfer the Class of 1975 Facebook login credentials to me. See what I mean. No use to him. He simply wants to DESTROY your future. He quit on you; now he seeks to harm you.

Jeff has lost perspective. Not worth fighting over such a trival issue. An enhanced reunion would not harm him or this small group. They would still have their Friday meet & greet, Saturday dinner and rounds of golf. For some reason, they want to PREVENT others from having fun.

They bullied and intimidated me; refused to cooperate and even allow you to vote. Now, they further sabotage my efforts seeking to destroy your priceless 50th Reunion. They claim victory defeating me. I didn't lose. You lost!

Ann Jesse Driever is in possession of our Class of 1975 funds totalling $1,525.98. Refuses to transfer the funds to me. This behavior constitutes THEFT from the Class of 1975. We may have to consult with an attorney or contact the Pocatello police department.

Ann refused to share the updated Class Roster with me. "This is the last list I have (May 5th). Hope this helps," she wrote. Our conversation occurred on May 23rd. As committee chair, could have instructed other members to cooperate. Ann didn't really want to help me — or you.

Do you have the Excel spreadsheet, I inquired. "No. Everything I sent you is what I have. I have just been forwarding everything I find to Greg or Susan." No more work since May 5th? "Maybe work but I don’t have anything more recent. I’m not in charge of the worksheet. Sorry."

Sorry? She's committee chair. She can ensure a smooth transition. Ann Jesse Driever chose to DESTROY your options.

Susan Mattivi-Gierga DESTROYED our work group saying this about me, "Following your last text, I spoke with one of our committee and we determined what we would like to see (or NOT see) on the class website ie your penis."

I'm an union official. There WAS NO PENIS. Had a woman made such a sordid and false statement about a male coworker in our organization, she would immediately be fired and possibly face a defamation lawsuit for slander and libel. Nothing I could do to defend the female coworker.

In addition, Susan and another coworker spoke about this false claim behind my back. Didn't however have the professional courtesy to speak to me. Susan was an engineer who worked around many men. She is absolutely terrifying to me.

Susan has the most updated roster of classmate information. Refuses to cooperate and forward to me. Hasn't apologized. If classmates prefer an elaborate reunion, we can't simply ask ten (10) people. Can't have an event-filled reunion with just ten. Have to ask hundreds of classmates. If 250 would support such a proposal, we can create a sophisticated reunion. If however only 50 classmates are interested, then a simple format like last time would be best.

Susan, Jeff and Ann have prevented the committee from even asking you. That behavior is insidious, egotistical and selfish. Why be on the committee if one has such an attitude? Please explain this behavior. I'm stunned.

About the Class Destroyers

For an unknown reason, former committee members work to ensure Reunion 50 committee fails their mission to allow classmates to vote. We are doing the best we can to recover Class of 1975 funds and property. We unfortunately are compelled to share this negative behavior. Your 50th reunion is priceless. We only get one shot at this opportunity.

Jeff Waldron and Roy Allen informed Scott Goold that members of the planning committee resigned. Sometimes we must have a change in leadership to move forward. Former committee chair Ann Jess Driever, Jeff Waldron and Susan Mattivi-Gierga continue efforts to frustrate classmates ability to vote.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Ann, Jeff and Susan, put classmates first. Let them have fun. Stop being egotistical and petty for their sake ... please, please, please! All of us are older. Each valuable day lost is not recoverable. Hurts classmates. I track their obstruction here:

TO CLASS PRESIDENT SCOTT GOOLD
Saturday, May 25, 2024
Hi Scott,
I met with Ann yesterday and asked her to forward the class funds to you so that you can carry on with your efforts towards the class reunion. She said that she would and you should receive those funds soon.
Roy Allen, Reunion Treasurer

Ann Jesse Driever continues her refusal to communicate with the Class President or transfer class funds to the Reunion 50 Committee.

June 13th: Class President summarized lack of leadership by Ann Jesse Driever Embarrasses Her Family.

Scott Goold to Ann Jesse Driever:
Rumor is YOU still claim to be chair. You cannot be chair. You resigned; entire committee resigned May 22, 2024. Jeff Waldron informed me May 23, 2024. Roy Allen confirmed. As class president, I stepped up to fill the void on May 23, 2024. You were asked to transfer Class of 1975 funds.

Had you however NOT resigned, you had the duty to SPEAK UP immediately. You did not say a word. You had many opportunities to speak up, correct the record. You did not. Instead, you have refused to communicate; you have blocked communication. And, this last Sunday, you had an opportunity to speak up — you stated clearly: “Nothing to say.”

Let me remind you of our April 10th meeting, our initial meeting. I spoke about the website. You responded:
"It's over my head. I just delivered packages for 33 years. Let me know what to do. About time to pass the torch.”

I was clear: “In my opinion, nobody should pass ANY torches. Seems you have an excellent committee in place. Jeff asked if I wanted to chair. That would be inappropriate. Y'all have done the heavy lifting all these years. I prefer a seat at the table while someone else chairs. Seriously PROUD of all of you for the work you have done. You have kept the LIGHTS on Class of 75. You are all truly amazing and I can't wait to see all of you again.”

You answered, “Sounds good. Thanks Scott. We of ancient technology are at your services. No toes stepped on. Mahalo.”

I did not seek power. You however did not invite me to the May 22nd meeting. You should have. I believe you were too afraid to have an adult, professional conversation with me. I don’t therefore know what happened or was said. I can only go by what Jeff and Roy confirmed.

You do not have the leadership skills to chair this group. Leaders CANNOT block people and refuse to speak to people. Now, I supported you. I did not ask you to resign or anyone to resign. Y’all did. I stepped up.

At this time, I need you to RESPECT classmates and Class of 1975. I am the chair. I invited ALL of you to team with me. I lead differently than you Give me MY chance now. Had you notified me that you would transfer funds on May 23rd; had Jeff transferred the Facebook page; had Susan forwarded the most-recently updated classmate roster, none of this unpleasantness would have happened. The Reunion 50 committee would be moving forward; not fighting old battles.

You must accept that YOUR SILENCE, refusal to communicate and action to block rather than seek compromise caused ALL this negativity. I FIGHT for the classmates. Don’t care how they vote; up to them. I do however demand that they vote. The methodology used for the 40th will not work for an advanced vote about reunion format.

Please RESPECT me now. I respected you when you held the leadership position. I have NOT respected your behavior after May 23rd. There was no need for this conflict.

Thank you!

InfoImagination submitted invoice to Jeff Waldron for fifteen [15] days of unauthorized copyright infringement, pursuant Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17), Invoice to Jeff Waldron

June 11th: LDS Mormons are willing to destroy Class of 1975 reunion to get back at Scott. Why the malice? This disagreement could have ended May 23, 2024. Scott Goold documents how LDS Mormons Steal From Class of 1975

Verified today Jeff Waldron removed InfoImagination copyrighted material from Facebook project. Took me hours of official action. Could have asked and worked as a team. Jeff Waldron still refuses to transfer Class of 75 Facebook page to Reunion 50 committee. Promised June 1st. Uncle Lloyd remains disappointed that Jeff behaves unprofessionally and outside LDS Mormon principles.

June 9th: Sadistic Grannie Ann Jesse Driever GOT OFF sexually at Class of 1975 expense.

Grumpy Grannie Ann Jesse Driever frustrated the entire Class of 1975, "So sorry to everyone. I was outside putting up my swimming pool and must have bumm dialed the whole committee. Nothing to say. Sorry again."

Grumpy Ann isn't sorry at all. eGotistial Ann takes pleasure in hurting others. A sadist is all about hurting others, usually to GET OFF sexually. Apparently Granny Ann doesn't get sex anymore, so eGotistial Ann gets her sexual pleasure from frustrating Scott Goold and hurting the Class of 1975. Was it good for you, Ann? Personally, I'm not a fan of missionary position 😜

Grannie Ann first sent Scott Goold a short text, then initiated a FaceTime call. Scott responded FOUR TIMES, seeking to reach compromise in this unpleasant matter. Greedy Ann still wants more spotlight: PAY ATTENTION TO ME !!! PAY ATTENTION TO ME !!! Don't let Scott Goold succeed. Don't let Scott Goold succeed.

NOTHING TO SAY??? Grannie Ann promised to forward class funds, which transfers authority to Reunion 50 committee. Grumpy Ann resigned May 22, 2024. Greedy Ann now keeps money that isn't hers. Entire Class of 1975 waits on Ann to end this selfish standoff; entire Class of 1975 would like to move forward. Sadistic Grannie Ann says, "Sorry again." Delighted I caused all of you pain. Feels soooo good ... like I was in high school again.

May 23, 2024, Ann wrote, "Scott. I’m not trying to avoid you. As you know I had back surgery 3 weeks ago. Still trying to recover. I’ve been walking around 2 miles a day which takes a toll on my body. We don’t recover as we did in our 20’s. 😜"

That was All-About-Me Ann. Gracious Ann would have text, "Scott. I stepped down with other menbers last night. I'll forward class funds to you [date]. Wish you the best!"

Would have been no tension; no fighting; no pain for Class of 1975. Gory Ann wants blood. Sadistic Granny Ann needed to GET OFF sexually. Ann walks 2 miles, each day, but wouldn't take 23 seconds to send a text to put the entire Class of 1975 at ease. That's sadistic, folks! Ghastly Ann GOT OFF sexually at our expense.

June 8th: Scott Goold unfortunately had to stand up to bullying from his former classmates. They pushed him out, blocked Scott from their social media pages, as well as the class Facebook page, and obstructed his efforts to hold a class vote on the Reunion 50 agenda. The pettiness is shocking — over a classmate gathering.

June 7th: Class President responded to Joy Black Hartley's text, "Please remove me from your contact list. This includes phone calls, texts, emails and Facebook. The things your are sending me are very disrespectful to our former classmates and I do not want to have any contact with a person (you) that continually tries to tear apart the class of 1975 with slander, bullying, and mistruths. DO NOT REPLY. Just honor my request. Respectfully, Joy.

Thank you! I simply tell truths. If I have misstated something, you have an obligation to bring the issue to my attention if you are honorable. I’ve always "fought" for the class. Do have concerns about a FEW MEMBERS dictating choices and obstructing others. Appreciate the feedback.

Scott feels committee members were disrespectful to him. They pushed Scott out for simply seeking a vote from classmates. Within minutes of the committee's first deliberation, the majority of the seven partipants had decided for 440+ people. They ostracized Scott for seeking feedback from others. And, at this time, Ann Jesse Driever, Jeff Waldron and Susan Mattivi-Gierga withhold Class of 1975 funds and resources to prevent the Class President from connecting with classmates. To Scott, this behavior is extremely childish, disrespectful — and unlawful. Scott will continue to "fight for the rights" of classmates to party.

June 6th: Class President responded to Facebook Legal team regarding Jeff Waldron's violation of Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17) and refusal to transfer class Facebook page, "Highland Class of 75" to Reunion 50 committee.

Scott published Uncle Lloyd Waldron Disappointed in Son Jeff. Uncle Lloyd Waldron would not approve of Jeff's behavior obstruction of classmates.

June 5th: Class President updated HHS Principal Dr. Brad Wallace about the continued theft of Class of 1975 property and materials. Again requested immediate assistance, as Jeff Waldron, Ann Jesse Driever, Susan Mattivi-Gierga delay preparation for classmates. DOWNLOAD LETTER TO HHS Principal

Heard back from the attorney: if a person reproduces a copyright without owning the copyright, then a court is likely to determine they are infringing on the copyright, and usually the infringing party will have to pay damages that resulted from their use of the copyright.

Jeff is confusing classmates; redirecting them away from the official Class of 1975 committee, which prevents a vote and decision on Reunion 50 agenda. Priceless loss. Jeff will have to compensate each and every classmate.

June 4th: Jeff Waldron, Ann Jesse Driever, Susan Mattivi-Gierga continue to obstruct voting. These three individuals selfishly deny opportunity to classmates. Sick behavior!

Ann Jesse Driever's reunion committee voted to step down Wednesday, May 22nd. Jeff Waldron and Ray Allen informed Class President Scott Goold. Scott formed the ad hoc Reunion 50 committee May 23rd. Asked previous committee members to forward Class of 1975 property to him. Ann Driever promised; she now has lied to Ray Allen and Scott. Jeff Waldron promised. He has now lied to Scott. Susan Mattivi-Gierga continues to hold hostage the most-updated Class of 1975 roster from the Reunion 50 committee. These three individuals do everything in their power to prevent classmates from voting on a 50th reunion agenda and format.

The negative influence of Mormon classmates seeks to limit and control Class of 1975 activity. For this reason, the USA and State of Idaho constitutions limit religious interference in public schools. Americans want to be FREE to worship or not, as they choose.

June 2nd: Some classmates and readers wonder if such strong messures are needed. Here's a specific example of the obstruction Reunion 50 committee suffers. Jeff Waldron stole intellectual property from Scott Goold and Class of 1975. [download] Jeff and classmates were notified May 31st. Jeff responded June 1st:

JEFF WALDRON: I'm done! When do you want the Facebook page?

Class president responded politely and professionally, "Good morning. You can transfer login credentials to me here using text. We can end this matter. Thank you!"

Jeff however did not forward the credentials. Using "sugar" and professional courtesy does not work. Jeff's behavior shows why the Class President had to file a report with Pocatello Police Department, complain to HHS Principal Dr. Brad Warner, and threaten with copyright charges.

Today, Class President reached out, "Good morning. Due to your agreement, I didn’t make any public comments yesterday. Hoped you would act professionally so we can end this disagreement. Yet you didn’t take one minute simply to help our classmates. Why are you behaving this way?"

"In one hour, I will post commentary about this matter — 10:30am HST; 2:30pm MDT. I will not allow individuals to destroy Reunion 50 for classmates. Please end this lack of professional behavior. Thank you!"

Jeff Waldron, Ann Jess Driever and Susan Mattivi-Gierga continue their efforts to deny classmates an opportunity to vote. Doesn't harm the Class President. It is hateful, spiteful behavior toward Class of 1975.

May 31st: Scott Goold charges Jeff Waldron $100.00 Per Day for theft of InfoImagination intellectual property in violation of Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17). [download]

May 31st: Ann Driever has misled Treasurer Roy Allen. Texting the Class President, he wrote, "Hi Scott, missed your call. FYI Ann left last Friday for her planned week long vacation. Please give her time next week to address what you want. A little patience on your part about now would go a long way. Roy"

Ann's not unavailable on vacation. Ann is obstructing ad hoc Reunion 50 committee. She posted fraudulent information to her Facebook page yesterday. In response the Class President filed a complaint with Pocatello Police department [download] against the following individuals:

Ann Jesse Driever: 208-241-9731
Susan Mattivi-Gierga: 541-480-4675
Jeff Waldron: 208-589-9406

4. Loss of opportunity for classmates and Class of 1975 reputation: PRICELESS

May 30th: Unfortunately, Ann has not only been hacked, she is personally sabotaging the Class of 1975 50th Reunion. We have asked Ann Jesse Driever for over a week to act professionally and honorably — to put CLASSMATES first. Ann has refused to cooperate and continues to obstruct your priceless, once-in-a-lifetime reunion. She now plays, while you pay.

Ann Driever, Jeff Waldron, Susan Mattivi Gierga sabotage 50th Reunion

In the time Ann took to post the notice about being hacked, she could have made arrangements to transfer Class of 1975 funds to the Reunion 50 Committee.

Very disappointed in my former classmate. Apparently we need to hire an attorney to convince Ann to do the right thing for classmates. Jeff Waldron continues to deny access to the Class of 1975 Facebook page; Susan Mattivi-Gierga refuses to forward the updated Class of 1975 roster. These three work to HARM the Class of 1975.

Jeff Waldron continues to refuse transfering login credentials for the Class of 1975 Facebook page to the Class President. Let me give you an example. We're taking a bus trip. Four or five people board first and take seats up front. Rest of us sit further back as we pile in. We stop for pizza at lunch. People up front dictate: cheese pizza for all. WTF?

Rest of bus wouldn't be happy. Why not offer more options? Let us vote! And that's the situation with the current planning committee. They have decided for everyone. All I've asked is that they allow the Class of 1975 to vote. We did not deny or take away any of their preferences. We simply asked for more choices. Why were they so opposed to this simple request?

Roy and Cheryl Allen have worked hard for years. Cared professionally and with love for the Class of 1975 funds. Both have cooperated. Greg Burk also has worked hard for the Class of 1975. Let's thank these three for all their dedication and devotion to preserving our memories.

Bob Brown was a class leader. We spoke a number of times. Did our best not to be disagreeable with each other, but could not find commonality. Bob forcefully preferred the past format. When I described the event-filled reunion, he was impressed — but wondered how such an event would be possible. As I told him, the Class of 1975 always did the impossible. Bob promised that he would work to gain cooperation from the group. He didn't. Told me later he got busy. Wasn't too busy for me. He was too busy for you.

"Ann told me yesterday that everyone quit the reunion committee," Roy Allen
